1.Description    

      BGD 264 Complete Drying Time Tester is designed and manufactured according to the latest national standards GB/T 37362.1-2019 and ISO 9117.1-2009, which is used for determining whether color paints, varnishes or single coating or composite coating systems of related products reach completely dry state or the drying time required to reach completely dry state after the specified drying time under standard conditions.
      The apparatus consists of a base and a freely sliding pressure column. During the test, color paints and varnishes of a certain thickness are applied to the substrate and dried under the specified conditions. A certain load is then applied to the test area on the surface of the coating, which is then rotated 90 on the surface of the coating, and the degree of dryness of the entire coating is determined by examining the state of loss of the coating surface.
