Introduction

The flexible container integrity detector is ideal for the inspection of flexible containers. This method involves creating a vacuum in the chamber where the product is placed, isolating it and measuring the pressure changes within the product.

These changes directly relate to the integrity level of the product.

The non-destructive leak detector is used for flexible containers or bagged medicines or medical applications.

It is designed in accordance with standard regulations to replace destructive leak tests. This testing equipment can quickly and simply quantify the degree of product sealing.

Product application

Product operation

The operator places the product in the measuring tray.

He/She closes the tray and starts the test.

Vacuum installation and stabilization

The instrument measures the pressure changes within the product over a certain period.

The test chamber returns to atmospheric pressure.

The test results show: Green light: Pass, or Red light: Fail.

The measurement values can be output in Excel or PDF format.
