1.Profile

The main engine is two columns, two screws, the oil cylinder is placed under the position, the stretching space is located at the top of the host, the compression and bending test space is located between the main frame and the platform.Data measurement and control system with high precision A/D converter, respectively for force, displacement and deformation data collection, with high measurement precision, good reliability, satisfy the standard of GB, ISO, ASTM, etc for metal tensile, compression, bending, shear test requirement.

2.The transmission system

The lower beam can be adjusted by using motor driven by reducer, chain drive mechanism and screw side drive.

3..The hydraulic system

The hydraulic oil in the oil tank drives the high-pressure pump into the oil circuit through the motor, and flows through the high pressure oil filter and the return valve to the oil cylinder.The computer USES the sensor to collect and analyze the data, shows the constant value, and the tester can control the flow through the oil delivery valve to realize the speed of the test force.
