I.1. Characteristics of winery wastewater

The wastewater is relatively complex, mainly ethanol, amyl alcohol, propanol butanol, fatty acids, amino acids, esters, and aldehydes;

The wastewater concentration is high, and different concentrations of wastewater will be produced during the solid fermentation and distillation process of winemaking. The water quality concentration is high and the color is high; the wastewater is seriously polluted and the wastewater is biodegradable; the wastewater is mixed, the amount of wastewater produced per ton of wine is large, and the pollution is serious.

Winery wastewater treatment methods

Aerobic treatment method:
Use aerobic microbial degradation products to achieve wastewater treatment, no odorous substances are produced, the treatment time is short, the application range is wide, and the treatment efficiency is high;

Physical treatment method:
No chemicals are added, the amount of sludge generated is minimized, and the process is simple;

Biochemical treatment method:
No process, direct addition of chemical agents, simple operation, and taking necessary measures to avoid secondary pollution, while also achieving standard discharge treatment.
