NuOven FC—Series have10-segment temperature control program to realize temperature curve program running.
For laboratories working with sophisticated, temperature-sensitive materials, a standard drying oven can be destructive. Vacuum ovens solve this problem by integrating a vacuum pump with a heating chamber. By reducing the internal air pressure, the boiling point of liquids within a sample is dramatically lowered. This allows moisture or solvents to be removed at temperatures far below their normal boiling points, sometimes at room temperature or slightly above.
This technique is indispensable for drying delicate biological preparations, purifying heat-labile chemicals, removing entrapped gases from composites, or gently drying electronic components. It prevents oxidation, thermal cracking, and decomposition, preserving the sample's intrinsic properties while still achieving the desired dry state.
