This industrial-grade pipe extrusion line produces high-quality HDPE/MDPE pipes in diameters ranging from 20-110mm up to 1600mm, suitable for fuel gas and water supply applications.

Machine Components
Extruders
Plastic single-screw extruders for HDPE/PP, available in SJ45, SJ55, SJ65, SJ75, SJ90, SJ100, SJ120, SJ150 models with L/D ratios of 33:1 or 38:1. Extrusion capacity ranges from 40kg/h to 1500kg/h.
High efficiency extruder designed specifically for HDPE pipe production, featuring:
- High-speed, low-noise reducer
- Cooling unit in feeding section with reversing spiral groove
- Undulant screw design for increased output and energy efficiency
Extrusion Die-Head
Available in single layer, double layer, or three-layer extrusion molds. Features distributed spiral composite design for even melting pressure and flux, resulting in smooth, glossy pipe surfaces.
Vacuum Calibration System
Stainless steel construction ensures precise calibration and rapid cooling of produced pipes.
Multi-Claw Haul-Off Unit
- Speed adjustment via frequency inverter or servo-motors
