HDPE/PP double wall corrugated pipe is widely used as drain pipe. Our production line incorporates advanced technology with multiple patented features, offering high performance single-screw extruder and horizontal structure forming machine with shuttle drive, sealed water-cooled system, and online flaring.

This PE/PP double wall corrugated pipe production line can produce ID90-ID1200 specifications of single-walled, double-wall corrugated pipe (with Pipe Belling), three-wall corrugated pipe, and special-shaped bellows with different shapes and requirements.

High production capacity extrusion with lower temperature plasticizing design ensures high quality pipe extrusion. Features include:
