Inflatable Ship Launching Air Bags 4-12 Layer Marine Airbag For Ship Launching
Ship launching airbags, also known as roller bags, launching air balloons, inflatable marine airbags, air lift bags, and salvage bags, are specialized marine rubber airbags used for launching marine vessels, ship landing, or haul-outs. These marine rubber airbags are also widely used in loading, floating, lifting, moving sunken ships, and salvaging stranded boats.

Ship launching or upgrading using marine airbags is an innovative ship-launching technology that overcomes the disadvantages of traditional methods like "end-on launching", "side ship launching", and "float-out". This flexible technology eliminates the restrictions of fixed launching tracks and is increasingly adopted by shipyards worldwide due to its advantages in time savings, cost efficiency, flexibility, and safety.

Our engineering team continuously innovates in design, material usage, and manufacturing technologies to ensure flexibility, safety, and reliability. To date, our ship-launching rubber airbags have successfully launched cargo vessels, barges, chemical tankers, tugboats, AHTS vessels, floating docks, and construction caissons, with the largest vessel launched weighing up to 100,000 DWT.

Our engineering team constantly improves the rubber airbags which are constructed of an outer rubber layer, multi-layer synthetic-tire-cord layers, and inner rubber layer vulcanized firmly. Additional layers are applied at the end shoulders for enhanced durability.

The synthetic-tire-cord layer serves as the reinforcement layer of the ship launching airbags, made of rubber-coated synthetic-tire-cord fabrics. Multiple synthetic-tire cord layers are twined at ideal angles using our unique and patented "Holistic Wrapping Technology" to hold internal pressure and distribute stress evenly.
We use 1400 dtex/2 or 1400 dtex/3 type synthetic-tire-cord fabric with warp density over 95 cords per 100 mm in width. The breaking strength exceeds 310 N per cord.

| ISO 14409: | 205 N/ per cord |
| 1400 dtex/2: | 215 N/ per cord |
| 1400 dtex/3: | 313 N/ per cord |
Prior to production, both outer and inner rubber layers undergo rigorous testing to meet international standards. The outer rubber layer protects cord layers from abrasion and external forces, featuring a compound with exceptional tensile and tear strength to withstand harsh weather conditions and demanding usage.
