Our pipeline laying floats are designed to be strapped to pipelines, reducing tension and weight during pipeline deployment. These buoyancy modules provide essential floatation support during underwater pipeline installation.
We manufacture various pipeline foam buoys to provide optimal floatation solutions for different pipe laying requirements. Our products are suitable for both shallow water and deep water applications, with capabilities extending to 300m depth or more upon request.

Tie-in Type Pipe Laying Floats Specification
Our DOOWIN pipe-laying foam float buoys are custom-designed based on pipeline diameter, working depth, and project requirements. The bottom features special curve designs to accommodate different pipeline diameters.
Note: Buoyancy and weight specifications vary by working depth due to different foam materials used. We employ standard foam for shallow depths and syntactic foam for deeper applications.
