Our pipeline laying floats are designed to be strapped to pipelines, reducing tension and weight during deployment while providing essential buoyancy for installation. These float modules maintain buoyancy when pulling pipelines underwater, making them ideal for both shallow and deep water applications (up to 300m depth or more upon request).

We offer two buoyancy module configurations to meet diverse requirements:

• One-piece floats for simpler applications
• Modular floats for flexible deployment

Our buoys feature different density closed cell foam cores (selected based on depth requirements) covered by either polyethylene skin or polyurethane elastomer outer skin. The skin can be reinforced with nylon filament upon request. Each module includes banding grooves for secure pipeline attachment and can be fitted with various end fittings for easy handling.

Our pipe-laying foam float buoys are custom-designed based on pipeline diameter, working water depth, and project requirements. The bottoms feature special curve designs to accommodate different pipeline diameters. Buoyancy and weight specifications vary by working depth, as we use different surface foam materials and syntactic foam for different water depths.
