Subsea Buoyancy Solution
Our subsea buoyancy material is specifically designed for underwater applications. With its low density and high pressure resistance characteristics, it provides essential buoyancy for underwater operation equipment. The surface can be treated with spray coating or protective layers as required. These materials are commonly manufactured into floats, buoys, and other counterweight products, or directly machined into product components.
This solution not only meets structural mechanical requirements but also significantly reduces product weight. It enables functions that are difficult to achieve with metal structural parts, currently used in underwater deep submersibles, underwater robots, and other applications at depths of several thousand meters.

Subsea Buoyancy Syntactic Foam
Our subsea solid buoyancy material (syntactic foam) is a lightweight composite formed by embedding hollow microspheres in polymer matrices. These materials feature:
  • Low density (0.35-0.7g/cm³)
  • High strength (1-100MPa)
  • Minimal water absorption (<2%)
  • Excellent corrosion resistance
These properties make them essential counterweights for underwater equipment, enabling deeper dives, increased payload capacity, and stable operation in deep-sea environments.

The chemical foaming method buoyancy material is a polyurethane-epoxy resin rigid foam composite made by chemical foaming process.
