Subsea solid buoyancy material (syntactic foam) is a lightweight composite formed by embedding hollow microspheres in polymer matrices.
  • Low density (0.35-0.7g/cm³) Low density: Its density is far lower than that of water, which is key to providing buoyancy.
  • High strength (1-100MPa) :  Capable of withstanding all-around hydrostatic pressure in marine environments
  • Minimal water absorption (<1%):   it provides stable buoyancy under high water pressure, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
  • Excellent corrosion resistance :   It is resistant to deep sea water corrosion and has good weather resistance.
