Offshore And Remote Mooring High Strength Foam Core Suitcase Anchor Pendant Buoys
Suitcase anchor pendant buoys are manufactured from resilient closed-cell unsinkable foam core around the inner central steelwork covered in polyurethane elastomer coating.
The suitcase anchor pendant buoy has a rectangular shape with a lay-flat surface. This shape ensures the buoys can be safely stored and transported economically. The inner central steel frame has sufficient support branches to ensure the foam core remains securely positioned.
The resilient closed-cell polyethylene foam core guarantees self-fendering and is unsinkable even in case of damage. The self-colored polyurethane elastomer skin is resistant to abrasion and ultraviolet ray degradation. For extreme operating environments, the reinforced nylon filament ensures the polyurethane elastomer protective coating has higher tear strength.
