Product Composition
The rubber joint is composed of the inner and outer rubber layer, nylon cord fabric, steel ring, etc. after vulcanization, and then combined with the metal flange or parallel joint loose sleeve. The product reduces vibration and noise, and compensates for thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes. It is widely used in various piping systems.
Product Installation Precautions
- Fixed support: If installed near pump outlets or pipeline corners, or in high-pressure/high-rise applications, the pipeline must have fixed supports with greater force than axial force, or include anti-pull-off limiting devices.
- Keep away from heat source: Install away from heat sources and avoid exposure to strong radiation or incompatible media.
- Avoid exceeding displacement limit: Do not exceed displacement limits during installation. Tighten bolts symmetrically and gradually. For pressures above 1.6MPa, use elastic pressure pads on bolts.
- Protective measures: Avoid contact with sharp objects during transportation and handling to prevent damage to surfaces and sealing faces.
