Installation Method
- Prepare for installation: Ensure the installation environment meets requirements, including checking flange caliber, pressure level, material, and rubber body suitability. Consider temperature, humidity, and medium factors.
- Check the pipe end face: Ensure inclination deviation doesn't exceed 1% of pipe outer diameter or 3mm for flange connection tightness and safety.
- Flange connection: Use a flange angle ruler to check verticality, ensure concentric connection, and free bolt penetration. Flange parallelism deviation shouldn't exceed 1.5/1000 of flange outer diameter or 2mm.
- Increase gasket: Use gaskets matching flange sealing surface size. Avoid burying flanges in ground; provide inspection wells for buried pipelines.
- Precautions: Avoid pressure deviation during installation to prevent medium leakage. Avoid flange connections in floors, walls, and casings.
