Food-Grade Rubber Joint Composition
- Inner rubber layer: Made of food-grade rubber with excellent elasticity and corrosion resistance.
- Reinforcement layer: Constructed with nylon cord fabric or polyester curtains for enhanced strength and pressure resistance.
- Outer rubber layer: Protective synthetic rubber covering with weather and chemical resistance.
- Loose Sleeve Metal Flange: Stainless steel or corrosion-resistant metal connection for stable joint performance.
Key Features
Our food-grade rubber joints feature non-toxic, tasteless construction with high transparency, elasticity, and resistance to deformation. They offer excellent temperature resistance (-20℃ to +150℃), long service life, high tear strength, and maintain clarity without yellowing or scaling in water.
Applications
Ideal for liquid food processing including milk, beverages, juices, and alcoholic drinks (up to 96%). Suitable for food tankers, processing plants, and filling operations. Not recommended for compressor lines or fluids containing animal/vegetable fats.
