Single ball rubber expansion joint (also known as single ball rubber soft joint or single ball rubber compensator) is a flexible connection element used in pipeline systems to absorb vibration, reduce noise, and compensate for displacement.
Structure and Composition
- Ball part: Single ball design composed of inner and outer rubber layers with reinforcement layers (such as polyester cord) for high flexibility and elasticity
- Flange interface: Equipped with metal flange (carbon steel, stainless steel) or threaded interface for easy installation
- Internal reinforcement: May contain wire rings or skeleton layers to improve pressure bearing capacity
