Full face rubber expansion joint, also known as large flanged flexible rubber joint, features a fully sealed end surface design. This product ensures complete contact between the flange and sphere surface, significantly enhancing pressure resistance while preventing pull-off incidents.
Product Structure of End-Face Fully Sealed Rubber Joint
Unlike standard rubber joints that use slotted flanges, our full face rubber expansion joints incorporate flat welding flanges. The design features edges that align perfectly with the flange's outer edge, with bolt installation positioned inside the sphere edge. This construction delivers exceptional pressure resistance up to 2.5Mpa or 4.0Mpa, making it ideal for pipeline connections requiring displacement accommodation.
