Installation Precautions
- Never use handwheel, handle or transmission mechanism for lifting or allow collisions.
- Double gate valves must be installed vertically (valve stem vertical, handwheel at top).
- Open bypass valve first to balance pressure difference before opening main valve.
- Follow product manual instructions for valves with transmission mechanisms.
- Lubricate monthly for frequently operated valves.
- For full open/close operation only - not suitable for throttling.
- Clockwise rotation closes valve (counter-clockwise opens). No auxiliary levers permitted.
