Material Selection: Raw materials are sourced from certified mills with full MTR (Mill Test Report) traceability.
Forming: Elbows are formed using precision cold or hot forming techniques to ensure uniform wall thickness and a smooth, consistent radius.
Welding (for welded type): Fabricated elbows undergo automated welding for consistency and strength.
Heat Treatment: Solution annealing is performed to relieve internal stresses and restore the material's full corrosion resistance.
Surface Treatment: Pickling and passivation remove scale and create a protective chromium oxide layer on the surface.
Final Inspection: Each batch undergoes dimensional checks, visual inspection, PMI (Positive Material Identification), and other NDT as required.
