HDPIR is a high-performance foaming polymer combining the properties of plastic, rubber, and cork. Manufactured from premium raw materials including isocyanate, polyether, foaming agent, catalyst, and flame retardant, it undergoes high-speed stirring to create a uniform cellular structure with millions of tiny sealed cells. This advanced material offers superior low density, minimal thermal conductivity, and excellent water resistance, outperforming traditional timber insulation.

Application

Packing and Storage
- Store in dry, lightproof, shady, and ventilated conditions, away from heat sources and protected from direct sunlight.
- Pre-assembled with pipe supports in our workshop. Finished products are wrapped in anti-UV polythene film and securely packed in wooden cases.
