Heat Insulation High Density Polyurethane Foam, High Density PU Foam Sheet
Kaff Rees' efficient design and production enables manufacturing of insulation materials (including foam glass, Poly Isocyanurate Foam PIR) and pipe supports in near-serial production. We offer both standardized products and customized solutions, with short delivery times directly from our factory.
Polyurethane (PUR) is an innovative low-temperature thermal insulation material formed by mixing polyether/polyester with polyisocyanate, along with flame retardants, stabilizers and foaming agents. Its cellular structure contains low-thermal-conductivity gas, providing self-extinguishing properties ideal for cold and low-temperature applications.

  • Handle with care during transportation - avoid rolling, impact or heavy loads
  • Use steel belts for pipe and equipment insulation applications
  • Cut using saw blades during construction as needed
