With our factory based in China, Kaff Rees specializes in efficient design and production of high-quality insulation materials including foam glass and Poly Isocyanurate Foam (PIR). We offer both standardized products and customized solutions with short lead times directly from our manufacturing facility.
HDPIR is a foaming polymer that combines properties of plastic, rubber, and cork. Manufactured from isocyanate, polyether, foaming agent, catalyst, and flame retardant, it undergoes high-speed stirring to form a cellular structure with millions of uniform sealed cells. This results in superior performance with high density, low thermal conductivity, and minimal water absorption - outperforming traditional timber insulation.

Application
Primarily used as cold insulation material in pipe support systems, our products are ideal for bearing and heat insulation applications in petrochemical plants, liquefied gas facilities, refrigeration warehouses, and central air conditioning systems.
Packing and Storage
- Store in dry, lightproof, shady, and ventilated conditions away from heat sources and protected from sun exposure
- Products are assembled with pipe supports in our workshop, then wrapped in anti-UV polythene film and packed in wooden cases
