High Density Pipe Insulation Materials Polyisocyanurate Spray Foam Fireproof OEM
HDPIR is a foaming polymer combining properties of plastic, rubber, and cork. Manufactured from isocyanate, polyether, foaming agent, catalyst, and flame retardant, it forms a cellular structure through high-speed stirring and reaction. The resulting material features millions of tiny, uniform sealed cells offering superior low density, thermal conductivity, and water absorption compared to timber.

Application
Primarily used as cold insulation material in pipe support systems, this product serves as both bearing and thermal insulation for pipes and equipment in petrochemical plants, liquefied gas facilities, refrigeration warehouses, and central air conditioning systems.
Packing and Storage
- Store in dry, lightproof, shady, and ventilated areas away from heat sources and protected from sun exposure
- Pre-assembled with pipe supports in workshop, with finished products wrapped in anti-UV polythene film and packed in wooden cases
