The insulated pipe support system is designed for supporting insulated pipes and equipment. It effectively bears various loads from piping systems while serving as part of the pipeline's cold insulation.

Compositions
A complete insulated pipe support system consists of insulated pipe supports and cold insulation materials. The primary cold insulation material is high-density polyisocyanurate (HDPIR).
The system can be enhanced with optional auxiliary materials:
  • Damp proof layer

  • Rubber plate
  • Metal pipe clamp
  • Bolt and nut

Packing and Storage
All components are assembled in the workshop. Finished products are wrapped in anti-ultraviolet polyethylene film and packed in wooden cases.
HDPIR Material Properties
High-density polyisocyanurate (HDPIR) is a foaming polymer combining properties of plastic, rubber, and cork. Composed of millions of tiny sealed cells, it offers superior performance with low density, thermal conductivity, and water absorption.
