Good Thermal Stability Insulation Pipe Support Systems OD 21.3mm - 965.20mm
High temperature pre-insulated supports utilize structural inserts within the support for load carrying and clamping capabilities. Low-temperature supports use various materials and densities to carry the load of the pipe. Composites of several different insulations such as aerogel blanket, calcium silicate, cellular glass, and closed-cell foam insulation may be utilized for special applications at a wide range of service temperatures.
Insulated pipe support system is mainly used for the support of insulated pipes and equipment. The system can bear all kinds of loads brought by the piping system while maintaining the cold insulation integrity of the pipeline.

Compositions
A complete insulated pipe support system consists of insulated pipe supports and cold insulation materials. The primary cold insulation material is high density polyisocyanurate (HDPIR).
The system can be equipped with auxiliary materials as required, including:
- Damp proof layer
- Metal protective layer
- Rubber plate
- Metal pipe clamp
- Bolt and nut
- Butterfly spring
- Cold insulation washer
- Polytetrafluoroethylene sliding pair
- Steam insulation resistance
Application
Primarily used for bearing and heat insulation of pipes and equipment in petrochemical plants, liquefied gas plants, refrigeration warehouses, and central air conditioning systems.
Packing and Storage
All components are assembled in workshop. Finished products are wrapped in anti-ultraviolet polythene film and packed in wooden cases.
HDPIR Material Properties
HDPIR is a foaming polymer combining properties of plastic, rubber and cork. Composed of millions of tiny, uniform sealed cells, it offers low density, low thermal conductivity, and low water absorption with performance superior to timber.
