Pre-insulated pipe supports offer easier installation compared to non-insulated supports. Unlike weld-on supports that require expensive labor and quality control inspections, our bolted pre-insulated supports feature integrated insulation and cladding for fast, secure installation. The labor cost savings often outweigh the higher material costs.

Compositions
Our complete insulated pipe support system consists of insulated pipe supports and high-density polyisocyanurate (HDPIR) cold insulation materials - the most critical component of the system.

Application

Packing and Storage
All components are pre-assembled in our workshop. Finished products are wrapped in anti-UV polythene film and packed in wooden cases for protection.
HDPIR Material Properties
High-density polyisocyanurate (HDPIR) is a foaming polymer combining properties of plastic, rubber and cork. Formed from isocyanate, polyether and additives through high-speed reaction, it creates millions of uniform sealed cells offering superior insulation properties.
