Multifunctional Insulated Pipe Supports For Liquefied Gases Production Transport Distribution
- Design calculations of supports available for review upon purchaser or end user request
- Localized stress calculations for lugs and welded attachments available for review upon request
- Special requirements such as mill test reports, material certification or non-standard materials must be specified prior to order placement
The Insulated Pipe Support System is designed for supporting insulated pipes and equipment. A complete system consists of insulated pipe supports and cold insulation materials, with high density polyisocyanurate (HDPIR) as the most critical component.
- Sliding Pipe support system
- Guide pipe support system (including guide support for vertical pipe)
- Limit/fixing pipe support system
- Bearer supporting bracket system
- Pipe support base
- Rubber plate
- Metal protective layer
- Vapor barrier
- HDPIR inner layer
- HDPIR outer layer
- Metal pipe clamp
- Bolts
- Disc spring
- Nut
Kaff Rees offers a complete range of insulated cryogenic pipe supports for low temperature pipe systems. These supports feature mechanical clamping via disc spring bolting, with steel pipe support cradles housing HD-PIR insulation, hot-dip galvanized as standard.
Our cryogenic pipe supports meet international technical regulations and standards, covering pipe diameters from OD 21.3 mm (0.84 in) to OD 965.20 mm (38 in) with insulation thicknesses from 25 mm (0.98 in) to 250 mm (9.84 in). Suitable for medium temperatures down to -196°C.
High Density Polyisocyanurate (HDPIR) is a foaming polymer combining properties of plastic, rubber and cork. Composed of millions of tiny sealed cells, it offers superior performance with low density, thermal conductivity, and water absorption compared to timber.

These products are designed for industrial processes involving production, transport and distribution of liquefied gases including propane and butane (LPG), methane (LNG), ethylene, nitrogen, and ammonia.
All components are pre-assembled in workshop. Finished products are wrapped in anti-ultraviolet polythene film and packed in wooden cases.
- Detach product components for installation, then reassemble in proper positions
- Follow Kaff Rees' installation instructions precisely
