High Safety Limit Stop Pipe Support for Liquefied Gas Plants
Our limit pipe support system enables convenient installation on existing pipelines with all components in place. This solution improves project schedules, enhances safety with waist-high working conditions, reduces scaffolding needs, and lowers overall construction costs.
System Composition
The complete insulated pipe support system consists of:
- Insulated pipe supports
- Cold insulation materials (primary component: High Density Polyisocyanurate - HDPIR)
Optional auxiliary materials include damp proof layers, metal protective layers, rubber plates, pipe clamps, fasteners, insulation washers, PTFE sliding pairs, and steam insulation resistance - all customizable to meet specific design requirements and ensure system reliability.

Packaging & Storage

High Density Polyisocyanurate (HDPIR) is a foaming polymer combining characteristics of plastic, rubber, and cork. Formulated from isocyanate, polyether, and specialized additives, it forms a cellular structure with millions of uniform sealed cells, offering superior performance to traditional materials.
