Fixed pipe support system is designed for supporting insulated pipes and equipment. This system bears various loads from piping systems while serving as part of the pipeline's cold insulation.
System Composition
A complete insulated pipe support system consists of:
  • Insulated pipe supports
  • Cold insulation materials (primarily High Density Polyisocyanurate - HDPIR)

HDPIR Material Properties
High Density Polyisocyanurate (HDPIR) is a foaming polymer combining properties of plastic, rubber, and cork. Formulated from isocyanate, polyether, foaming agents, catalysts, and flame retardants, it features millions of uniform sealed cells offering superior performance to timber with:
