Fixed pipe support system is primarily designed for supporting insulated pipes and equipment. This system bears various loads from piping systems while serving as an integral part of pipeline cold insulation.
System Composition
A complete insulated pipe support system consists of:
- Insulated pipe supports
- Cold insulation materials (primarily High Density Polyisocyanurate - HDPIR)

HDPIR Material Properties
High Density Polyisocyanurate (HDPIR) is a foaming polymer combining characteristics of plastic, rubber, and cork. Formulated from isocyanate, polyether, and specialized additives, it forms a cellular structure with millions of uniform sealed cells, offering superior performance to traditional timber.
