Industrial Stainless Steel Internal Retaining Ring For Fixed Pipe Support
Fixed pipe support system is primarily designed for supporting insulated pipes and equipment. This system bears all loads from piping systems while serving as part of the pipeline's cold insulation.
System Composition
A complete insulated pipe support system consists of:
- Insulated pipe supports
- Cold insulation materials (primarily High Density Polyisocyanurate - HDPIR)
The system may include these auxiliary components as needed:
- Damp proof layer
- Metal protective layer
- Rubber plate
- Metal pipe clamp
- Bolt and nut assemblies
- Butterfly springs
- Cold insulation washers
- Polytetrafluoroethylene sliding pairs

Packaging and Storage
All components are pre-assembled in our workshop. Finished products are wrapped in anti-UV polyethylene film and packed in wooden cases for protection.
HDPIR Material Properties
High Density Polyisocyanurate (HDPIR) is a foaming polymer combining characteristics of plastic, rubber, and cork. Formulated from isocyanate, polyether, foaming agents, catalysts, and flame retardants, it creates a cellular structure with millions of uniform sealed cells, offering superior insulation properties.
