Pipe clamp with bending-type ear plates for fixed pipe support, featuring one outer retaining ring. This fixed pipe support system is primarily designed for insulated pipes and equipment, capable of bearing various loads from piping systems while serving as part of the pipeline's cold insulation.
Compositions
A complete insulated pipe support system consists of insulated pipe supports and cold insulation materials. The primary cold insulation material is high-density polyisocyanurate (HDPIR).
The system can be enhanced with these optional auxiliary materials:

Application

Packing and Storage
All components are pre-assembled in the workshop. Finished products are wrapped in anti-UV polyethylene film and securely packed in wooden cases for protection during transport and storage.
