This high-density polyurethane foam features small thermal conductivity, high strength, light weight, sound insulation, shockproof properties, insulation, strong floatability, stable chemical performance, and convenient construction. It is widely used in:
- Petroleum and chemical industries
- Ethylene production
- Cold storage and food storage facilities
- Household appliance refrigerator insulation
- Construction industry partition walls and wall boards
The material can be prefabricated into plates or shells in our plant, or sprayed/poured with foam on site.
Polyurethane (PUR) is a low-temperature thermal insulation material formed by mixing polyether/polyester, polyisocyanate, and auxiliary materials including flame retardants, stabilizers and foaming agents. The foaming agent gas in its pores provides low thermal conductivity and self-extinguishing properties, making it ideal for cold and low-temperature range heat preservation.
- Standard packing includes binding with packing belts (custom options available)
- Must be stored in waterproof, moisture-proof, light-proof, dry, cool and ventilated areas
- Keep away from heat sources and avoid direct sunlight exposure
- Handle with care during transportation - avoid rolling, impact or heavy loads
- Use steel belts when applying for pipe and equipment heat preservation
- Can be cut with saw blades during construction as needed
