Q3:What is your MOQ?

A3:Any quantity is acceptable for your order. And the price is negotiable for large quantity.

Q4:When will you make the delivery?

A4:We can make the delivery within 3-5 working days for the led modules and 10-12days for the led finished screen according to the size and quantities of your order.

Q5:What technical supports can you offer?

A5:We provide all kinds of technology trainings for free, including the operation and maintenance training of the LED screens in our factory. we can send an engineer team to the country of the customer to instruct the installation.

Q6:How long is the warranty?

A6:The standard warranty is 1 year. It could be longer upon request.
Q7:Do you provide any free spare parts in each order?
A7:Yes, a certain amount of spare parts will be provided for free, spare parts including module, power cable,signal cable, LED lamp, IC, mask, power supply, receiving card, etc.
