Working Principle
AI Deep Learning Technology
Our counting software utilizes advanced artificial intelligence deep learning algorithms that automatically identify components and apply appropriate analysis without manual binding. The system learns from component data including:
- Aspect ratio analysis
- Component corner angle detection
- Slope analysis between components from inside to outside
- Image deformation tracking from inner to outer components
As counting operations increase, the algorithm becomes progressively more accurate. The system easily handles similar components or larger trays with enhanced precision over time.
Cloud Database Integration
Every Wellman X-ray counter connects to our cloud database system. Machine data and images are uploaded to the cloud, with automatic download of the latest database updates. Our engineers continuously optimize algorithms based on collected data and regularly update the database.
Over time, counting accuracy approaches 100% with expanding component type coverage. When encountering new components, the system can directly access stored database data, delivering higher efficiency, accuracy, and broader coverage.
