Our counting software utilizes a powerful artificial intelligence deep learning algorithm that automatically identifies components and applies appropriate algorithms without manual binding. The system learns from counted component data including:
- Aspect ratio analysis
- Corner angle measurements
- Slope analysis between components from inside to outside
- Component image deformation patterns from inside to outside
As counting operations increase, accuracy improves continuously. The system easily handles similar components or larger trays with enhanced precision over time.
Cloud Database Integration
Every Wellman X-ray counter connects to our cloud database. Machine data and images are uploaded to the cloud, with automatic downloading of the latest database updates. Our engineers optimize algorithms based on collected data and regularly update the database for all customers.
Over time, counting accuracy approaches 100% with expanding component type coverage. When encountering new components, our software can directly access stored data from the cloud database, delivering higher efficiency, accuracy, and coverage.
