Our counting software utilizes a powerful artificial intelligence deep learning algorithm that automatically identifies components and applies appropriate algorithms without manual binding. The system learns from counted component data including:
- Aspect ratio
- The angle of each corner of the component
- Slope between components from inside to outside
- Deformation of component images from the inside to the outside
As the number of components counted increases, the results become progressively more accurate. This enables efficient handling of similar components or larger trays with ease.
Every Wellman X-ray counter connects to our cloud database, automatically uploading machine data and images while downloading the latest database updates.
Our engineers continuously optimize algorithms based on data collected from each machine, regularly updating the database with improved performance and expanded component type coverage.
Over time, counting accuracy approaches 100% with increasingly wider component type coverage. When encountering new components, our software can directly access stored database data, delivering higher efficiency, accuracy, and coverage.
