Workflow Process
- Loading: After the reel vehicle is pushed in, the manipulator automatically loads, supporting 7 to 15 inches of reel
- Max Loading Quantity: 200 reels (7" with 8mm thickness)
- Barcode Scanning: Can scan barcode, QR code
- Reel Transfer: Automatic belt transfer
- Labelling: Automatically print and paste labels after counting, and upload data automatically
- Unloading: The manipulator automatically puts into the reel vehicle
Safety Features
- Radiation Leakage: No leakage, international standard: ≤1μSv/h
- Back Door Safety Interlock: Once users open the back door, X-ray tube will power off immediately. When the back door is open, users can't turn on the X-ray
- Emergency Stop: In front of the operation position, press to power off

Artificial Intelligence Deep Learning Algorithm
Our counting software utilizes a powerful artificial intelligence deep learning algorithm that automatically identifies components without manual algorithm binding. The AI system learns from counted component data including:
- Aspect ratio analysis
- Corner angle measurements for each component
- Slope analysis between components from inside to outside
- Component image deformation tracking from inside to outside
As counting operations increase, the algorithm becomes progressively more accurate. The system easily handles similar components or larger trays with enhanced precision over time.
Cloud Database Integration
Every Wellman X-ray counter connects to our cloud database. Machine data and images upload to the cloud, while the system automatically downloads the latest database updates. Our engineers optimize algorithms based on collected data and regularly update the database for all customers.
Over time, counting accuracy approaches 100% with expanding component type coverage. When counting new components, our software accesses stored database data for higher efficiency, accuracy, and coverage.
