SUS430 Household Washing Machine Drum Sheet Metal Progressive Stamping Die 250T 1 Million Shots
This sheet metal progressive stamping die is designed for manufacturing SUS430 household washing machine drums. Measuring 2300 × 800 × 560 mm and weighing 10 tons, the die is engineered for use with a 250-ton stamping press. It features MISUMI and PUNCH standard parts and offers a service life of up to 1,000,000 shots, supporting stable and efficient production for home appliance and white goods manufacturers.
Manufacturing processes include CNC milling, surface grinding, wire EDM, sinker EDM, die assembly and tryout.
Tool materials, standard components, heat treatment and coatings are defined in the approved die design and bill of materials.
Production speed should be stated in strokes per minute after validation with the specified press, feeder and material.
