SUS430 Sheet Metal Stage Stamping Die for Household Washing Machine Front Cover 1200*950*560mm
This custom stage stamping die is designed for forming SUS430 washing machine front covers.
The die structure, forming operations and tooling specifications are developed according to the customer’s approved front-cover drawing, material thickness, press parameters and production requirements.
Manufacturing processes include CNC milling, surface grinding, wire EDM, sinker EDM, die assembly and tryout.
Selected die components may undergo vacuum heat treatment, deep cryogenic treatment, polishing or TiCN coating according to their materials and functions.
Inspection equipment includes CMMs, optical profile projectors, height gauges, material spectrometers and micrometers.
