Description:
This specialized stage die stamping mold is designed for high-precision manufacturing of front rings on washing machine front covers. It adopts a stage die structure for sequential, efficient stamping, ensuring stable dimensional accuracy and smooth surface finish.

- Cycle time: 6~14s (depends on product characteristics)
- Fast repair within 30 minutes; fast tool change within 15 minutes
- Punch edge sharpening: after 300,000~500,000 shots
- Use software to control the movement of each die.
- For repair or maintenance, only the sub-die needs to be dismantled, with no requirement to take apart the entire structure.
