DC52D Custom Sheet Metal Stage Stamping Die for Refrigerator Compressor Traverse Component

This custom stage stamping die is designed for forming refrigerator compressor traverse components.

The die structure, forming operations and tooling specifications are developed according to the customer’s approved part drawing, material specification, press parameters and production requirements.

The exact component name, material grade and die type must be confirmed during the technical review.

Manufacturing processes include CNC milling, surface grinding, wire EDM, sinker EDM, die assembly and tryout.

Selected die components may undergo vacuum heat treatment, deep cryogenic treatment, polishing or TiCN coating according to their materials and functions.

Inspection equipment includes CMMs, optical profile projectors, height gauges, material spectrometers and micrometers.
