The SUS430 7T Sheet Metal Stamping Die is designed for manufacturing dishwasher inner door panels with stable dimensions and consistent forming quality. With an overall size of 1500 * 1100 * 600 mm, it supports processes such as blanking, forming, punching, and flanging, helping ensure smooth surfaces, precise fitting, and reliable performance in batch production.
We operate a total of four high-performance stamping mechanical presses: a 250-ton mechanical press, a 300-ton mechanical press, a 500-ton hydraulic press, and a 1000-ton servo press. The 1000-ton servo press is specially designed for precision forming and high-strength stamping applications, enabling us to handle complex components with exceptional accuracy and efficiency.
