The use of concealed stem knife shaped gate valves
The concealed stem knife shaped gate valve has the advantages of simple and compact structure, reasonable design, lightweight and material saving, reliable sealing, light and flexible operation, small volume, smooth channel, small flow resistance, light weight, easy installation, and easy disassembly. It can work normally under working pressure of 1.0MPa-2.5MPa and operating temperature of -29-650 ℃. The blade gate valve has a shearing function on its gate plate, which can scrape off the adhesive on the sealing surface and automatically remove debris. The stainless steel gate plate can prevent sealing leakage caused by corrosion.
Performance characteristics of concealed stem knife shaped gate valves
The upper seal of this knife shaped gate valve breaks through the conventional sealing form and adopts an upper cover structure, which changes the upper seal from a large rectangular seal to a small circular seal, greatly improving the sealing performance. On the basis of circular sealing, advanced floating sealing structures are also adopted internationally, which enables the upper seal to have the same lifespan as the pipeline, thereby improving the overall service life of the valve.
