Performance characteristics:

Small size, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, flexible and rapid opening and closing, low resistance. The sealing form is three-eccentric hard sealing structure, good sealing performance, no relative friction between the sealing surface, and long service life of the valve.

Valve commissioning operation

  All valves are factory inspected and adjusted for sealing joints prior to shipment. Since most valves are supplied with a drive or transmission, the valve travel limit and the maximum closing torque of the valve are also adjusted. Please do not make changes without the prompt of the factory staff.

  In general, standing on the end face of the valve installed with an electric device to see the valve, the valve plate is turned clockwise to close, and the valve plate is turned counterclockwise to open. 

Handling and installation precautions

1. The valve shall not collide during transportation to avoid damage to the sealing surface.

2. Valve long-term storage, should be placed in a cool and dry place, not stacked, valve should be placed horizontally (flange surface and ground level).

3. Do not place heavy objects on the valve plate to withstand the impact.
