The gold concentrate fluidized bed roaster is a high-efficiency roasting equipment specially designed for processing gold concentrate. Its robust construction features a steel shell lined with insulation bricks and refractory bricks, complete with wind chambers, air distribution plates, and wind caps for optimal performance.
During operation, hot air flows through the wind cap holes, fluidizing the gold concentrate within the furnace to achieve efficient roasting. This system offers distinct advantages for gold concentrate processing, including precise temperature and atmosphere control to effectively remove harmful impurities like arsenic and sulfur.
The two-stage oxidative roasting process enables:
- First stage: Weak oxidizing/neutral atmosphere at 450-550℃ for arsenic removal
- Second stage: Strong oxidizing atmosphere at 650-750℃ for sulfur and carbon removal
Additional benefits include high roasting intensity, low residual sulfur in slag, and comprehensive waste heat utilization - all contributing to reduced production costs and improved economic returns.
