The zinc oxide rotary kiln equipment features an adaptable motor, reducer, and transmission device for optimal performance in calcination processes.

Zinc oxide is a white or slightly yellow fine powder, also known as zinc white. It is easily dispersed in rubber and latex, serving as a reinforcing agent, activator, and vulcanizer for natural and synthetic rubber, as well as a colorant and filler for white rubber.

The zinc oxide rotary kiln crushes zinc furnace charge and coking coal into particles smaller than 40 mesh, mixes them in a ratio of 1:0.30-0.35 to obtain a mixture, then forms the mixture into granular particles with an effective diameter of 8-15 mm. These granules are then placed into the rotary kiln for smelting.

When used to smelt zinc oxide from zinc oxide ore or zinc-containing industrial slag (15%-25% zinc content), this equipment offers significant advantages including reduced coke/coal consumption, improved product quality, enhanced productivity, and minimal nodule formation.
