Intelligent Temperature-Controlled Fluidized Bed Roasting Furnace
This advanced fluidized bed roasting furnace utilizes solid fluidization technology for processing various materials, particularly flotation concentrate of nonferrous metals, playing a crucial role in industrial production.
The furnace features a steel shell with insulation and refractory brick layers, including an outer insulation layer to prevent acid corrosion. The wind chamber and air inlet pipe are located at the bottom, with an air distribution plate above it containing a refractory concrete hearth with wind caps.
The conical-shaped middle section and larger upper roasting space minimize solid particle blowing. Additional components include feeding ports, slag overflow ports, furnace gas outlets, and top-mounted explosion-proof holes.
During operation, hot air flows through wind cap holes, creating a fluidized (boiling-like) state for materials. This enables efficient roasting reactions, such as sulfide ore processing which releases heat and produces sulfur dioxide gas for sulfuric acid production, with residual slag usable as metallurgical raw material.
