Structural Design
- Composed of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, and vibration damping spring device
- Screen box made of high-strength steel plate for durability
- Vibrator installed on side plate with eccentric block to generate exciting force
- Vibration damping spring supports screen box to reduce foundation impact
Working Principle
The motor drives the vibrator's main shaft via V-belt, creating centrifugal inertia force that produces a circular motion trajectory. Materials entering the screen surface are separated by size, with smaller particles passing through and larger particles remaining for further screening before discharge.
